David L. Fuchs

David focuses his practice on commercial and civil litigation, addressing tax issues, insolvency, and bankruptcy matters. For over a decade, David has focused on helping both individual and business clients resolve creditor disputes, contract, insurance, and tax issues, as well as advise clients on a variety of legal issues affecting personal and business interests. David is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and Florida.

David is a Pittsburgh native.  He grew up in the Carrick and Brentwood neighborhoods of Pittsburgh. He currently resides in Robinson with his wife, Teresa, and their three young daughters. When not in the office or in the courtroom you can find him at the sidelines of his daughters’ basketball/soccer/volleyball games.

Teresa K. Fuchs

Teresa focuses her practice on civil and commercial litigation matters. Prior to joining Fuchs Law Office, LLC, Teresa worked for a number of years representing a national lender in creditor-debtor disputes throughout the numerous Common Pleas Courts of Pennsylvania, as well as, the Circuit Courts of West Virginia. Teresa has extensive experience in legal research and writing in a variety of legal areas including insurance bad faith practices, contract, and construction law.

Teresa is originally from DuBois, Pennsylvania. She and David have three young daughters and they reside in Robinson Township. Teresa volunteers her time to Guardian Angel Academy School where she is the secretary of the Parent Teacher Guild and a volleyball coach.
